Performed a parking garage investigation and provided a parking deck survey. Structural analysis and design for a complete restoration was also provided. Currently performing construction administration services with an anticipated project completion date in the summer of 2019. Restoration project included repairs to structural steel and concrete, concrete column repairs, drain replacement, concrete apron replacement, and coating installation. Design for facade restoration and garage restoration has been completed; the work is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2019.
