Providing continual design and construction administration services since 2011 for roof replacement and facade restoration at all buildings of this 55 building residential complex. Identify facade and roof repairs required throughout the property to address reported leaks. Prepared and filed the 7th & 8th Cycle FISP Local Law 11/98 reports for all 55 buildings. Currently assisting the property with the implementation of our second 5-year plan for exterior restoration.
