Performed inspections and prepared and filed the report required by the NYC Department of Buildings to conform with the 8th Cycle of FISP (formerly Local Law 11/98). Prepared specifications and drawings for the facade restoration. Performed construction administration services for the facade brick repointing, parapet replacement, lintel replacement, windowsill replacement, and cap stone replacement. The purpose of this project was to achieve a Safe status for the amended 8th Cycle FISP filing.
