Scope of Services

Investigated the condition of the main roof and rear courtyard to identify the potential sources of water infiltration and made repair recommendations, including approximate budget. Prepared design drawings for the restoration of the rear courtyard vault and garage below; provided construction administration services for the successful completion of this difficult project; prepared and filed the 7th Cycle FISP (Local Law 11/98) Report.
