Michelle Yusopov

Building Envelope Consultant

Michelle acquired her love for construction and architecture through her father from an early age, observing her father, who went to school for engineering but never finished, construct and remodel everything in the house with his own bare hands. Michelle’s lifetime goal was to finish where her father left off and bring home a degree in engineering. Michelle started her career at Sullivan engineering straight out of college. She holds a bachelor’s in engineering science with a focus on Structural design. Michelle has previous experience using AutoCAD and worked for a private firm who focused mainly on residential/commercial remodeling.

Michelle is an outgoing and adventurous person who shares a love for music. Michelle likes to go to the gym on her free time throughout the year. When the sun is out you can find her under it trying to catch a tan or get in a nice swim. During the winter Michelle loves to go skiing and snow tubing.

Tyler Sarno

Building Envelope Consultant

Tyler was living in Reno, Nevada and working around lake Tahoe, California with a residential roofing company that specialized in high impact snow areas as well as in pedestrian decks for ski resorts. He specializes in water proofing, Gaco Western roll-on applications, metal roofing, asphalt shingles and conducting the inspections to approve the work in compliance with local codes to ensure the safety of the residential homes as well as the team he would lead. After moving from Nevada, Tyler began working with a residential remodeling company specializing in bathroom, kitchen renovations and additions. He specialized in the demolition, structural framing, water proofing of the house and oversight of the project from start to finish with sub-contractors who specialized in other aspects of the scope of work for completion. A part of his job that he loved was making sure everything was completed to perfection and performed in a way he would want someone to work on his own house.

Due to the pandemic, the company had to lay him off. His work ethic would not allow him to slow down so he started his own company doing the same type of construction. Along the way his urge to increase the integrity of work and communication grew tremendously. Two years later he applied for a position at Sullivan engineering which he quotes “This job will change my life forever and I am very excited to have a long healthy career here”. Tyler is very curious and excited to becoming the best project manager he can. While he is not focusing on his career, Tyler likes to spend time with his family, do his own DIY projects around the house and going camping up in the Catskills of New York. During the summer, when he is not working, you can guarantee to find him outside doing yard work or taking a drive down the shore to walk the boardwalk. Tyler is a very family-oriented person who loves to go out and discover new restaurants or go to local festivals.
