Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on our team’s Apple laptops, iPads and iPhones

Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues for our team in NYC and remote offices

Research and assist in implementing new technologies to streamline all aspects of Sullivan Engineering

Responsible for the purchase of all new hardware for new team members or
replacements for existing team members

Set up new hardware with proper applications and permissions

Work with our external IT service to properly update & operate our NYC hardware including server and WiFi

Responsible for the setup and monitoring of Jamf, backups, Egnyte (server), Outlook Email and Calendars, Zoom and Asana

Work with our external IT service to plan and execute larger scale projects including client portals, cybersecurity, custom software for field reporting, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/science or related discipline

A desire and drive to learn and improve

Display grit and determination to do more than the average

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
