Responsibilities

Meet/surpass annual revenue and profit goals

Lead, teach, mentor and assist several teams of building envelope specialists

Manage the team processes and assist others in executing them

Deliver technical and scheduling support to all team members

Conduct weekly meetings with team members to maintain accountability and resolve issues

Track and manage projects and budgets

Maintain existing client relationships

Generate leads & opportunities with new clients

Create proposals and give presentations for new business opportunities

Qualifications

Registered Professional Engineer or Architect

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering/architecture or related discipline

10-20 years of building envelope experience including restoration, consulting and forensics

Experience managing multiple teams of professionals on projects and being responsible for the results

Excellent management skills through verbal and written communication

Adept in the sales and promotion of building envelope services to new clients
