As a result of our success to date, and to prepare for continued growth, we will be changing our corporate structure from a Limited Liability Company to an S Corporation. As of January 1, 2015, Sullivan Engineering, LLC will become Sullivan Engineering, Inc. That is essentially the only change that our clients will notice, aside from new email addresses and domain name effective this Spring.
All current contracts will remain in effect. We are making this change to better service our clients and continue to develop our firmas internal leadership, as well as prepare for our continued growth and success for years and decades to come.
